Description
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and equipped with necessary materials.Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner; take messages as needed.Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting spaces.Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries in a timely manner.Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for various departments.Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.Provide general support to visitors and ensure all guests sign in/out.Assist the HR and Operations teams with any additional tasks, including event coordination and office communications.
Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
