About the job Receptionist (Emirati National)
Our client, a leading Aftermarket dealer of spare parts in the UAE with branch offices in various countries, is looking for a UAEN Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Sharjah.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a professional & courteous manner.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Admin related tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Sajja Industrial Area. Sharjah
