Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and transportation bookings.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair requests.

Qualifications:

  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
