Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.


Office Management:

  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary information.
  • Ensure the office complies with company policies and procedures.


Customer Service:

  • Provide information to visitors and callers regarding the company, its services, and general inquiries.
  • Raise support tickets on customer issues and coordinate with technical team to close.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.


Other Duties:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.
