Position Title:             Receptionist and Administrator

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

  • Strong administrative skills, including contract management, filing, and expense processing via SAP.
  • Professional communication skills for greeting clients and managing phone calls.
  • Ability to maintain organization, cleanliness, and supplies in the reception and boardrooms.
  • Collaborative, working with departments like IT, Procurement, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Female, 38 years old below
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
  • Experienced in processing expenses through SAP is an advantage
