Your role



ADM as a Receptionist , where you'll provide top-notch administrative and customer service support while contributing to the smooth operation of our office and sales team.

Job requirements



Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional administrative support to the General Manager and Sales team.
Welcome and assist executives, employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Maintain records and correspondence, including preparing letters, memos, and reports.
Coordinate staff requests, including leave and travel bookings, ensuring efficient service.
Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies and maintaining organized records.
Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed by management.
