Job Description
Front Desk Management:
oGreet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanour.
oDirect visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
oAnswer, screen, and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally.
oHandle client and guest inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
omanaging client appointments, property viewings, and property-related inquiries.
oCoordinate and maintain the office calendar for DHLE meetings.
oMaintain an organized and tidy reception area.
oAssist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging necessary logistics for real estate appointments.
oHandle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and maintaining office records.
oSupport client queries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
oAssist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management or the real estate team.
oContribute to ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment

Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Administration preferred

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with real estate terminology, procedures, and client management
