As the first

showroom experience. A Receptionist in the automotive industry ensures a
welcoming environment, handles inquiries with professionalism, and supports
daily administrative operations to keep the business running smoothly.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and
professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments,
and handle messages efficiently.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of customer
visits.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions to
customers.
Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Process basic paperwork and assist in document handling.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and direct them to the
appropriate personnel.
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies management.
Assist in organizing showroom events and promotional activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer
service or administration is a plus.
Experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles,
preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an
advantage.
