Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized receptionist to manage the front desk and provide exceptional service to all visitors, clients, and employees. The successful candidate will ensure that the reception area runs smoothly, serving as the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring it is always neat and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the meeting room calendar.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors and employees entering and leaving the premises.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Ensure all office supplies are well-stocked and maintain office equipment.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or other activities as needed.
  • Address employee and visitor inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant certification is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or luxury setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and phone systems.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
