Job Summary:

We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming experience, answering inquiries, and assisting with office operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logbook
  • Handle mail distribution, couriers, and incoming deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodations, if required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a receptionist or similar front-office role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
