Duties & Responsibilities
Meeting & greeting customers
Booking appointments via telephone / online / Whatsapp / chat / social media accounts
Follow up on appointments
Providing information to customers about services.
Prepared for any unforeseen situations and act promptly to resolve the issues
Cash handling
Operating POS
Ensuring Electronic Payments, Card payments, and online payments are charged accurately and ensuring payments are gone through the system
Invoicing and billing
Preparing Documents.

Requirements
An Arab speaker with good English speaking skills is a must.
