- Schedule and manage classes, lessons, and events efficiently.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person in both English and Arabic.
- Maintain records, files, and club schedules with attention to detail.
- Support the management team in daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
