We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Secretary to act as the front face of the business. This role incorporates administrative capabilities and exceptional customer service to clients and guests.

Description

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face to join our client. The key responsibilities include:


Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and organising refreshments.Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.






Profile

The successful applicant should demonstrate the following:


Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and attitude.
