Job Description
UCRYO Wellness is looking for a motivated and experienced Reception Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Reception Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer appointments, assisting with bookings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. You will play a key role in sales by promoting UCRYO’s services and packages to potential clients, helping drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing appointment bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and optimal use of resources.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and explaining the various wellness treatments and packages.
- Promoting UCRYO’s services and packages, and effectively closing sales to meet targets.
- Handling customer payments and processing sales transactions.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.
- Providing information about UCRYO's offerings and special promotions.
- Maintaining customer records and managing client data with confidentiality.
Skills
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in sales.
- Proven experience in appointment booking and managing client schedules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Strong sales experience, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods efficiently.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in the wellness or spa industry is a plus but not mandatory.
