ABOUT THE FUNCTION This function is to ensure efficient management of Receiving sections and Inventory Control of F&B Storerooms to ensure the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Standards. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our brand, by delighting them from welcome until farewell. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
Minimum of a high school diploma is required/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of one-year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
Experience of working knowledge of systems and basic Purchasing systems is preferred.
A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
Accuracy in all operational tasks in Receiving while living up to company standards and procedures.

Prevent delays and service complaints by efficiency in Receiving and inventory control.
Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
