Key responsibilities of the position:
· Real-time Monitoring of all service channels to ensure service delivery within SLA agreements.
· Managing escalations, outages, and system issues.
· Responsible for updating and maintaining attendance information and presence reporting.
· Providing support to team leaders in the use of workforce management.
Applicant profile:
· Analytical skills.
· Understand customer demand and ensure forecasting and planning are optimized.
· Good communication skills.
· At least two years' experience Workforce Planning within Contact Centers, especially within the Health Care sector
· Either UAE resident or able to relocate on a short notice
· Fluency in Arabic and English
