Position Title: Real Estate Sales Team Leader
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reports to: Sales Manager / CEO
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee, manage, and guide a team of sales agents in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. This leadership role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to inspire and manage a team of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching.
- Develop and implement strategies to help agents improve sales performance, including training on effective sales tactics, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth for the team.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for team expansion and improvement.
- Set clear performance goals and track team progress, ensuring targets are met.
- Ensure that team members follow up on leads, manage client relationships, and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
- Recruitment and Development:
- Recruit and hire new real estate agents to build and expand the sales team.
- Conduct onboarding and training programs for new agents, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Provide ongoing professional development, including training on market trends, new technology, and best practices in real estate sales.
- Client Relations and Business Development:
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend meetings with clients, agents, and other stakeholders when necessary to close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Encourage team members to build and maintain their own networks of clients and leads.
- Administrative and Operational Oversight:
- Manage the team's calendar, ensuring proper scheduling and resource allocation for showings, meetings, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure that all team members comply with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor agent productivity and provide reporting to upper management regarding team performance, including sales results, market share, and opportunities.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.
- Advise agents on best practices for marketing properties, including using digital tools, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging for the sales team’s activities and listings.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a mediator for any conflicts or disputes that arise within the team or with clients, ensuring fair and effective resolution.
- Provide solutions and guidance to team members facing challenges in their sales efforts or client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 experience in real estate sales with a demonstrated track record of success in Abu Dhabi market.
- Previous leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other real estate tools.
- Arabic (Mandatory), English (Mandatory).
- Valid real estate license.
- Valid Driver's License.
