We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our team and help drive our business forward.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets in the off-plan sector
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring continuous growth and development
- Monitor and analyze market trends, staying ahead of industry developments to guide the team and provide clients with the latest insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and successful closings
- Report on sales performance, KPIs, and provide feedback to senior management on team progress and areas for improvement
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in real estate, specifically in off-plan sales
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and guiding a successful sales team
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly off-plan projects and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A valid RERA certification (or relevant licensing) is preferred
