Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement:
  2. Actively seek and engage with clients interested in buying or leasing properties.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian and Persian-speaking clients to understand their property needs.
  4. Property Management:
  5. Promote and sell Properties, showcasing their unique features and benefits.
  6. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about locations, pricing, and terms.
  7. Market Knowledge:
  8. Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including property values, new developments, and legal regulations.
  9. Provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  10. Negotiations:
  11. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  12. Support clients throughout the decision-making process.
  13. Documentation and Compliance:
  14. Assist clients with contracts, agreements, and legal formalities, ensuring compliance with UAE property regulations.
  15. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
  16. Networking and Outreach:
  17. Develop a network of clients and real estate professionals to expand business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian or Persian (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field in Dubai.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, especially in Jumeirah Business Centre (
