Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Sales Manager:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents to exceed sales goals and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, ensure team members are meeting targets, and continuously drive performance improvements.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment by conducting regular team meetings, offering guidance, and motivating team members.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate team, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
Real Estate Broker:
- Facilitate real estate transactions, representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, property listings, and applicable regulations.
- Supervise and support real estate agents, providing guidance on transactions and helping them close deals.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are executed according to legal standards and local laws.
- Track and manage team performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Real Estate Agent:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, property values, and suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct property showings, host open houses, and manage client negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Create and maintain listings, marketing campaigns, and digital content to promote properties effectively.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and industry news.

For Sales Managers / Team Leaders:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Ability to analyze market data and implement effective strategies.
- Real estate license.
For Brokers:
- A proven track record of successful transactions.

- Ability to mentor and guide agents in closing transactions and handling client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage business operations effectively.
