Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and coordination of sales activities.
Act as a primary point of contact between property agents, brokers, and the sales team.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external agents to maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor and track leads from agents and brokers, ensuring timely responses, updates, and follow-ups.
Ensure that all sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements are accurately maintained.
Prepare regular sales reports and share progress with the management team.
Assist clients and potential buyers by providing them with property details, schedules, and answering queries related to available units, pricing, and construction updates.
Organize meetings with agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of sales operations are streamlined.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure updated brochures, presentations, and property details are available to sales agents and clients.
Assist in organizing property showcases, exhibitions, and other events to promote sales.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales coordination role within the property development industry.
Experience in working with agents and brokers in the construction sector is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Customer-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
