Responsibilities

- Prepare and present offers and negotiate sales agreements while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and strategies to promote properties effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Participate in networking events and industry functions to build relationships and enhance the company’s presence in the market.
