Skills

What We Value:

  • Experience: min. 6 months to 1 year in real estate sales and rentals, particularly within the UAE.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Sales Passion: A proven track record in client engagement and closing deals, or just a solid background in Sales.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly organized and responsible.
