We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Property Consultant with experience in the Dubai market.Position Overview:As a Property Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape will help us deliver top-notch service and achieve outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide tailored property solutions.Stay current with market trends and changes to enhance client experience.Build and maintain a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and marketing efforts.Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for clients.Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai.Strong negotiation and sales skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Familiarity with real estate software and online marketing tools.
