Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of local market trends, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competition.
  • Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Attend open houses and property viewings to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay current on industry regulations, best practices, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.


Skills

  • 1-2 Years Real estate Agent Experience: Showcase your track record of success as a salesperson, highlighting your achievements in UAE - Mandatory
  • Strong communication skills : English – Mandatory. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
