Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Recruiter to join Standpoint Real Estate. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent, including real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and administrative staff. As a key member of our team, the recruiter will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by building a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles in the real estate sector.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and other industry specialists.
  • Foster relationships with local real estate schools, industry organizations, and networking groups.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Standpoint Real Estate, promoting our company culture and values to prospective candidates.
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending offers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
Onboarding and Retention:
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to design career development plans and retain top talent.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Provide recommendations to improve recruitment strategies based on data and insights.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles, industry requirements, and licensing processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media recruiting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience recruiting for licensed real estate agents and brokers.
  • Established network within the real estate community.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in the real estate industry.
