About the Role:


We are looking for a Highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team in Dubai. This role is crucial in Driving Revenue Growth, Building Strong Client Relationships, and Shaping Strategic Sales Initiatives in a competitive market. 


The ideal candidate will have A Strong background in Sales Management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to Lead, Mentor, and Inspire a high-performing sales team. 


Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Drive business growth and meet company targets. 

Lead & Motivate the Sales Team – Mentor and empower a results-driven team. 

Market Analysis & Business Development – Identify trends, opportunities & competitive insights. 

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong connections with stakeholders. 

Performance Monitoring & Training – Conduct sales training and track KPIs for continuous improvement. 

Collaborate with Marketing – Develop impactful promotional campaigns to drive leads. 

Negotiate & Close Deals – Maximise revenue through strong negotiation and closing skills. 

Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Provide regular insights to senior management for strategic planning. 

Enhance Customer Experience – Gather and implement feedback for service improvements.
