Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Bhive Real Estate in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications


  • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Client Relationship Building skills.
  • At least 2yrs+ of experienced as a Sales Manager.
  • Arabic Speaker is preferred.
  • Knowledegable of Secondary & Off Plan.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Market Analysis and Data Analysis skills
  • Collaboration and Communication skills
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus.
