Job Family Description -Real Estate:
Supports the Group and partners with Brands in the Retail and Corporate real estate development planning and its execution across the regions. Oversees evaluation, selection and negotiation of commercial terms for all kind of assets Reporting to Head of Real estate MEA, the Intern will be responsible for conducting market study and analysis to assist the Head in building strategies. The intern will also support in all documentation and administrative activities such as compile and filing of real estate transaction and lease files. The real estate intern will be part of the Real Estate department based at Kering’s MEA Corporate Headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description


  • Experience in the Real estate industry in Middle East
  • Working Knowledge in the GCC region with exposure to the rules and regulations related to Leasing and Real Estate
  • Flair and experience in conducting market study, research and cost analysis
  • Fluent English spoken and written essential; Arabic a big plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking approach and ability to prioritize when needed
