Job Description

  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
  • Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
  • Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
  • Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
