Job Description

  • Create lists for leasing properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Research and compare similar properties in the area to determine a competitive market price.
  • Create and maintain lists of leasing properties, providing accurate and detailed information on their location, features, and square footage.
  • Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
