Duties & Responsibilities:

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth; Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience; Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline; “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers; Networking and finding new clients.

Requirements:

Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry; At least 6 months’ experience in the Secondary Dubai Real Estate market; Has consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai; Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual / Trilingual communication is advantageous (Persian, Chinese, European languages etc.); Excellent knowledge of the UAE market; UAE driving licence; Job location will be in Dubai.See all
