Key Responsibilities:

- Advertise properties using diverse marketing techniques.
- Evaluate client needs and financial capabilities.
- Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
- Mediate between buyers and sellers for transparent dealings.
- Appraise property values through market research.
- Present properties and address buyer inquiries.
- Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements).
- Coordinate property auctions and manage listings.
- Collaborate with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices
Skills
