Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and driven Real Estate Brokers to join our team at Hills And Bay Real Estate, a rising real estate firm specializing in primary and secondary properties across the UAE. Based in Business Bay, our brokerage offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, thriving market, with access to exclusive off-plan and ready-to-move properties.


Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and investment goals.
  • Actively market properties, conduct property viewings, and close deals.
  • Provide expert guidance on property selection, market conditions, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Must adhere to a formal dress code; casual or clumsy attire is not allowed.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving license and own car are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED200,000.00 per month
