RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prompt processing of incoming inquiries from the Company's advertising channels.
• Identification of clients’ needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.
• Conducting showings of properties and closing transactions, ensuring repeat referrals and recommendations.
• Formation of workflow in accordance with effective regulations of the company.
• Working on tasks in CRM system.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Selection of objects and holding meetings with Clients both in the Company's office and via video conference.
• Conducting the transaction until the moment of payment by the Client, organizing a meeting with the client in Dubai in our Company.
