Job Description
A Real Estate Broker is required for a reputable real estate company based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a maximum of 20 years. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the local real estate market in Dubai and a proven track record of successful sales and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
- Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven track record of successful sales and transactions in the real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
