Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic Secondary Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on market trends, and facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the property transaction process.
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new developments.
Facilitate property sales and leases by conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, investors, and other brokers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to share market insights, client leads, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
