Job Description

Job Title: Commission-Based Real Estate Agent (Experienced or Freshers)

Location: Dubai

Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated, driven, and ambitious Real Estate Agents (Experienced or Freshers) to join our team! Whether you are an experienced real estate professional or just starting your career, we offer an excellent opportunity to thrive and grow in the real estate industry. The role is commission-based, providing you with the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings and market properties effectively.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals between buyers and sellers.
  • Stay updated with market trends and property values.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided).
  • For experienced candidates: Proven track record in real estate sales or property management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in [English/Other languages] is preferred.
