Job Description

  • Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate properties
  • Guide clients through property transactions, providing expert advice and handling negotiations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and properties to drive successful transactions
  • Actively market property listings through various channels to attract prospective buyers and renters
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory

Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities
  • Excellent understanding of the Dubai property market and relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for property viewings and client meetings
