Job Description

Katch Real Estate is a renowned real estate agency based in Dubai, with experience since 2003, specializing in the sale and rental of exclusive properties. With many years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, we have built an excellent reputation and are well-connected within the industry. Our international team of experts provides first-class service and personalized advice to clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated  who is passionate about succeeding in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and support of clients in the purchase and rental of luxury properties.
  • Conducting property viewings and presenting high-end real estate.
  • Negotiating contracts and finalizing purchase and rental agreements.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities.


Skills

Your Profile:

  • Experience in the real estate sector or sales is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and independent working style.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or willingness to quickly familiarize yourself.
  • Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
