✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
✅ Strong negotiation and sales skills
✅ RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Proficient in using CRM, real estate portals, and digital marketing tools
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Effective communication skills and the ability to confidently persuade others.
