We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic and growing team, with the goal of expanding our client base and property portfolio.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can manage complex transactions, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and consistently meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and promote residential properties within the Dubai market
  • Assist clients through all stages of the buying, selling, and leasing process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and property evaluations
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the Dubai real estate market
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions to ensure smooth and successful closings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious with a desire for career growth.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
