- Intermediate negotiation processes of lease, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Research and compare similar properties in the area to determine a competitive market price.
- Use market analysis and industry expertise to set competitive prices for properties.
- Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
