This role involves helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, offering expert advice and guidance throughout each real estate transaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Provide clients with expert advice on property investments and market conditions.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
- Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate is mandatory.

- Valid UAE Driving License
