Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords)
- Lead property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Close sales and leasing deals
- Stay updated on market trends and offer expert advice
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate in Dubai
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- UAE driving license and car (not mandatory, but a plus)

- Familiarity with CRM software, online listing platforms, and social media marketing.

- Ensuring accuracy in contracts, property listings, and financial transactions.
Resilience and Adaptability
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to market changes.
Languages (Optional but preferred)
- Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French being an advantage.
Driving Skills
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle to facilitate property viewings
