Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth and Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase real estate sales in the UAE AND India markets.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative approaches.
Team Building and Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage real estate sales teams in UAE and India.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Market Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in global real estate markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate sustained business.
Building a Real Estate Marketplace and Brokerage firm:
- Assist in building a comprehensive real estate marketplace to establish and expand the business.
- Identify lucrative properties and investment opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Brand Promotion:
- Actively promote the company’s real estate portfolio in international markets.
- Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and trade fairs.
Travel and Collaboration:
- Travel to India or Canada to support and oversee team operations.
- Work closely with global teams to align sales strategies and share insights.
