The Role:Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients.Assist clients in renting, buying, or selling properties in Dubai and UAE.Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.Build and maintain a strong client network through relationship-building and consistent follow-ups.Market properties through various platforms, including social media, online listings, and open houses.Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive landscape in Dubai.Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful transactions.Manage and update property listings and client databases.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
