Job Description

Facilitate lease negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.Compile comprehensive property lists with details like location, features, and square footage for leasing purposes.Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions.Identify client needs and provide customized property solutions.Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals efficiently.Market properties using online platforms, social media, and other advertising channels.Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and local regulations.Build and nurture relationships with developers, clients, and industry stakeholders.Ensure all documentation and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.RERA certification (preferred or required).Proficiency in using online platforms and marketing tools.A proactive attitude with a passion for client engagement.Having good time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in English (and if you speak other languages, that’s a huge plus!)
