Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote residential properties within the Dubai market
- Assist clients through all stages of the buying, selling, and leasing process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and property evaluations
- Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the Dubai real estate market
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions to ensure smooth and successful closings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious with a desire for career growth.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
