Job Description

Database Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive client database through networking, calls, referrals, and prospecting. Target prospective buyers interested in investing in off-plan developments.Property Showings & Presentations: Conduct property showings for off-plan developments, guiding potential buyers through the project’s features, plans, and potential returns on investment.Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, off-plan property values, potential returns, payment plans, and investment opportunities in the off-plan market.& Networking: Collaborate with colleagues, brokers, and developers to stay informed on the latest off-plan property launches and developments, helping expand business opportunities.Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with both local and international real estate market     trends, off-plan market conditions, and regulatory changes to offer the best advice to clients.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with potential buyers, driving conversions, and ensuring client satisfaction

Skills

Experience: Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the Dubai market. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate industry, including market trends, legal regulations, and investment opportunities. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation.Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
